But anyhow I have started taking a 30 min nap when I get home it great improves my day also not reading in bed right before sleep time helps.

Hello,       Journal  Today after a slow day at work, I went outside and shot 10 rounds of six arrows. I got to move back a pace, one arrow hit bulls eye though it was luck mainly. Learned shooting with glasses is harder at first but it improves with time, Dad told me I fell back in to low hand grip instead of high hand which is the way I need to shoot. improves shooting a lot. I wish those of you that celebrate Yule a good day of cheer happiness and warmth, may the oak king rise uninjured. Please drink some wassail for me! Those of you that celebrate Christmas may you have a happy jolly time where ever you may be! Going to start doing 30min time sets of my hobbies and or exercise>.< Listening to Jazzy Christmas music ATM. Bless wishes to all and sundry Nabber

      Hi All,

I just got back yesterday form winter park where I learned snowboarding is hard And snow-blading is much easier to me thus
much more fun to me. I think all for their wishes of a fun time for it was.
Ate some awesome meals and saw that some good meals are not way to hard to make. I always though cooking was to hard  I guess some of it is very hard though not all of it. One of the good meals was the peppered  and the sun dried tomato chicken.
I finished reading  the four books about Ukiah Oregon I found them to be a fun read though outside of my usual read.
took some pictures from the trip just waiting to get them back one of the guys had a laptop he complied most of them one like 4 guys worth.
The zone perfect bars ramy suggested worked well for a lunch boost.
Learned how to play hearts a card game.

I had fun walking and playing around in the Watonga Cheese Parade with the alley, I played with my new crystal stix got a few ticks down, now to learn more.
ballooned with the alley downtown for the birth choice walk relearned how to make the guitar.

Decided that I need to come up with a street character for the faires when I am not with the AoA doing stuff. Going to look at costumes at Norman faire to get a few Ideas, Already looked at some online.

They have some really nice swords on this website:
http://www.christianfletcher.com/Christian_Fletcher/Welcome.html

But they are sharp, I could have one made blunted for stage combat
but really I think I'll start out with a little lower end sword.

Soon It will be time for Rehearsals and see what people get which parts, how many people escape the stew, and how many in up in the big pan. >.<
Bound to be fun for all. But all reguardless will have something to do.

1) Grab the nearest book.
2) Open the book to page 56.
3) Find the fifth sentence.
4) post the text of the next two to five sentences in your journal along with these instructions.

Don't dig for your favorite book, the cool book or the intellectual one: pick the CLOSEST.

Nabbed from ramy_fulaz My big brother

By John Gylbert's time, all these compensations were vanishing.
Between 1250 and 1270 the long medieval boom sputtered to an end. One of the great ironies of the black death is that it occurred just as the medieval global economy, the vehicle of Y. pestis's liberation, was nearing collapse. However, in Europe, it was the implosion of the vastly larger domestic economy, particularly the agricultural economy.

From filkertom:

The Omnivore's Hundred is a list of foods the gastronomic Andrew Wheeler thinks everyone should try at least once in their lives.

The rules of the meme:
Bold those you have tried.
Strikethrough those you wouldn't eat on a bet.
Italicize any item you'll never eat again.
Asterisk any items you'd be interested in trying but have not yet.
